A total can tell you how much is in the pipeline. Activity helps explain what is happening inside it.

Start with a useful question

Ask which enquiries need a next step, where visits are being scheduled, or which records have no recent update. The question should guide the report you choose.

Keep the period consistent

Compare activity over the same period and check whether the records were kept up to date. Incomplete notes can make a report look more certain than it is.

Property planning and collaboration

Turn the review into action

End the review with specific next steps and owners. A report is most useful when it helps the team decide what to do next.
